Malaysia Market – End of the Day

Regional bourses all opened high but closed mixed today. Malaysia market followed its peers traded in upbeat sentiment this morning but the buying spree quickly offset by heavy profit taking in the afternoon session. KLCI closed at 1,063.62 gained 1.82 pts. Total Volume increased by another 507 mln shares to 2,113 mln shares.

Today, the Intra-Day Oscillator recorded an average gain of 727.74 pts. The Key Indicator (Blue) of the Daily MSO Chart bounced back to the positive zone and now at +83.79 gained 25.31 pts. The 20MAV curved a little bit higher after fell off from the bottom line of the uptrend channel two days ago.

Based on the MSO charts, market already lost steam two days ago. Any buying is just temporarily motivated by external factors and few investors prepared to hold the shares for long. Thus, profit taking will set in fast and eventually eroded the market base. (Constructed and shared by Smartbiz)
