'Mitrajaya trading below net book value' (BT)

Mitrajaya Holdings Bhd, a Malaysian builder, is trading below its net book value and the shares could be worth RM3.30 each to reflect the company’s outlook, according to CIMB Investment Bank Bhd report today.
