VTI Vintage Bhd's unit Vintage Roofing & Construction Sdn Bhd has been awarded a RM26.5mil contract by Billion Edge Sdn Bhd to undertake building and infrastructure works in Negri Sembilan.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, it said the job included six units of five-storey shop offices, 33 units of four-storey shop offices and a four-storey carpark.
“The construction will start on April 15 and is expected to be completed a year later,” the company said.
In a separate statement, VTI Vintage said another subsidiary, Vintage Tiles Industries Sdn Bhd, had sold a piece of land in Tuaran, Sabah, to SW 2020 Sdn Bhd for RM2.15mil. - Bernama
