KUALA LUMPUR, May 23 (Bernama) -- VADS Bhd, a subsidiary of Telekom Malaysia Bhd (TM), is eyeing a double digit growth over the next few years for its soon-to-be-launched telepresence service.
"Our target is roll out about 500 endpoints nationwide by year end as it is timely for us to offer this service in this technologically-driven age," said VADS Chief Executive Officer Ghazali Omar today.
VADS will offer the service through a collaboration with Cisco.
Under the collaboration, VADS will also be bulding a telepresence exchange (TPX) infrastructure that will interconnect with other global TPX to enable local customers to reach out beyond Malaysia to conduct teleconferencing with employees, partners and suppliers.
