Offshore services and logistics provider, Yinson Holdings Bhd won a 10-year bareboat charter contract for the provision of a floating storage and off-loading (FSO), worth US$331 million or RM1.01 billion.
A filing with Bursa Malaysia showed that the group entered into a Consortium Agreement with PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation (PTSC) in relation to execution and performance of the contract.
In addition to the contract announcement, Yinson has also proposed to undertake a renounceable two-call rights issue of up to 131.857 million shares at an issue price of 75 sen per rights share.
The rights issue will be on the basis of three rights share for every two existing shares held on an entitlement date to be determined later.
