DVM investors seek to remove directors (BT)

DVM Technology Bhd received a special notice from three investors who plan to call a shareholder meeting to vote on the removal of four directors, according to a company statement today.

The meeting will also vote on the appointment of four new directors, it said in Kuala Lumpur. -- Bloomberg
