Asian shares tumbled Wednesday on renewed concerns over the global economic outlook, even as underlying concerns about debt woes in Europe and the U.S. persisted, with the Australian market skidding to an 11-month low.
Local sentiment was in deep sorrow with the Intra-day Oscillator opened with big loss. But buying after break lifted it to end at its day-high at -662.29; gained 404.97 when compares with its starting point. The Average recorded a loss of 924.41.
At the end of the day, %K(yellow) of MSCD recorded as -270.35 (-118.88), %D(red) -208.56 (-57.29) and the Histogram -19.71 (-10.52). Both indicators fell sharply and %K was off the support line of the uptrend channel. The Histogram printed a longer negative bar. Will the %D rebound again, this time?
Apparently, overall market sentiment has subsided though prices not really falling significantly. Based on MSCD, the future of the market has become more cloudy as global woes kept coming on one after another. Now, analysts are talking about the next Recession.
