MTRONIC announced that the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Metronic Engineering Sdn Bhd had on 4 August 2011, entered into a Master Distribution Agreement with Advance Tech Communications Sdn Bhd.
The main product to be distributed by MESB shall be the world’s 1st Windows® 7 Microcomputer with integrated telephony under the name MAGIC W3, a 4.8" Windows® 7 full OS Microcomputer integrated with voice call functionality, accomplished by ATCSB’s patented system design.
FAVCO said its subsidiary had received purchase orders or Letter of Intent respectively in the month of August 2011 with combined value of RM93.4 million.
