The Securities Commission (SC) has rejected K-ONE TECHNOLOGY [] BHD []’s proposed transfer of its listing from the ACE Market to the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd.
It said on Tuesday, Aug 2 the proposed transfer was rejected due to the non-compliance to the general principles of the SC’s equity guidelines.
The transfer also involved the entire issued and paid-up capital and outstanding five-year warrants 2007-2012.
“The board of directors of K-One Tech will deliberate the company’s next course of action and will make the relevant announcements, if required,” it said.
