Swift offers to buy out Pulai Springs (BT)

PULAI Springs Bhd received a buyout offer at RM1.18 a share from Swift Redeem Sdn Bhd, which owns 32 per cent of the hotel operator and developer.

Pulai Springs was last traded at 90 sen a share.
