Kumpulan Europlus is close to signing the concession agreement (CA) for West Coast
Expressway (WCE). The CA is likely to be firmed-up as early as the end of the month or
early Oct-11, sources said. KEuro has finally agreed on the alignment of the highway with
the Perak and Selangor governments, clearing the path for the sealing of the deal. Sources
say that the highway requires no government funding as rumoured and that IJM Corp will
