Asian stock markets were mostly higher Wednesday, but buyers lacked conviction amid caution ahead of the outcome of the U.S. Federal Reserve's two-day meeting due later in the global day.
Local sentiment was seen swaying up and down throughout the session as investors were simply unsure of the future development. However, the Intra-day Oscillator managed to finish at +96.28; gained 68.07 when compares with its starting point. The Average recorded a gain of 26.61.

At the end of the day, %K (Yellow) of MSCD recorded as -160.79 (+34.06), %D (Red) -220.26 (+19.76) and the Histogram +71.72 (-3.06).
Both indicators edged higher but the Histogram continued to print shorter bar.
FBMKLCI edged up 8.4 point yesterday but didn’t have any significant effect to the downswing pattern.
Conclusion
Investors have come to a decision-making stage after key index rebounded from the 1,400 level but, were not sure of the actual global development. However, buyer eventually overwhelmed seller as evident by yesterday’s result.
Indeed, market sentiment has shown its perseverance in the pass in facing the external disturbances but the base is still vulnerable due to scarce participation.
(Morning Flash: Dow Jones tumbled by 183 points, last night)
