GHL Systems Bhd said there may be a financial impact on its wholly-owned subsidiary GHL (Beijing) Co Ltd and the group in the current year following certain irregular transactions between GHL Beijing and a third-party company in which certain senior management personnel of GHL Beijing are interested in.
