Local sentiment lost ground again but most regional markets traded in positive tones. The Oscillator ended off low at -295.75; lost 203.69 when compares with its opening point. The Average recorded a loss of 285.75.
In MSCD, %K (Yellow) computed as -310.99 (+4.59), %D (Red) -265.55 (-1.62) and the Histogram -4.55 (-10.22).
After today’s market, %K edged a bit higher but %D fell slightly. The Histogram printed its first negative bar.
%K seems found its support around this level but market sentiment will continue to be weak as the 1,580 level, which is the immediate support of FBMKLCI, was violated after today’s market. This will put more pressure to the market sentiment.
This is also true that the Histogram has initiated its journey in the negative zone.
