Menang Corporation (M) Bhd's subsidiary has signed a concession agreement with the government for the proposed Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) satellite campus in Puncak Alam, Selangor.
It said on Wednesday its 51% owned Rumpun Positif Sdn Bhd had signed the agreement with the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia and UiTM for the project on a Private Finance Initiative basis.
Menang said the PFI project undertaken by Rumpun Positif would be under the "build-lease-maintain-transfer" concept over three years.
"The total construction cost of the campus is approximately RM260mil," it said.
