Market sentiment turned negative as global markets hit by the new political developments in France and Greece. The Intraday Sentiment Oscillator moved downwards to end at -701.66; lost 339.53 when compares with its opening point. The Average recorded a loss of 674.61.In MSCD, %K (Yellow) computed as -208.84 (-84.66), %D (Red) -223.41 (-36.11) and the Histogram +6.20 (+2.09).
After today’s market, both key indicators hooked down and %K fell below the 100-Day MAV. The Histogram printed its second positive bar.
Market sentiment was hit by global uncertainty today but volume decreased to below the 1bln level. Investor adopted a wait and see strategy.
Charts show %K has lost strength as it failed to stage a higher high. Market sentiment will be lingering in hesitation while waiting for clearer leads from global markets.
So long as %K can stay above the support, sentiment would be recovered soon.
