Local sentiment gradually retreated from positive opening with the Intraday Sentiment Oscillator slid into the red in the afternoon session. However, last hour buying lifted it to end at +121.99; lost 247.96 when compares with its opening point. The Average recorded a gain 136.89.In MSCD, %K (Yellow) computed as -155.66 (+53.17), %D (Red) -196.71 (+26.70), %A -197.18 (+12.61) and the Histogram +13.16 (+6.97).
(Note: 100MA has been replaced by %A which is actually 54EMA. %A is a more dynamic indicator to gauge the mid-term sentiment movement.)
After today’s market, both key indicators hooked up and %K stayed above %A. The Histogram printed its third positive bar.
Market sentiment recovered today with some cautious buying but remains vulnerable to external issues. The trend cannot be confirmed as %D is staying below %A.
