Local sentiment subdued as regional markets fell again after China unexpectedly cut interest rates to shore up its economy. The Intraday Sentiment Oscillator slid to end at -113.00; gained 11.21 when compares with its opening point. The Average recorded a loss of 152.17.In MSCD, %K (Yellow) computed as -71.61 (-14.64), %D (Red) -152.34 (+0.01), %A (Pink) -193.49 (+1.56) and the Histogram +58.94 (+5.45).
After today’s trade, all line indicators fell slightly but the Histogram printed another longer positive bar.
Market sentiment remains resilient as selling was very mild amid a weaker regional trend. Investors continued to show their confidence by nibbling on favorites during the last trading hour.
