Local sentiment progressed in positive mood as Asian stocks jumped on projections showed pro- bailout parties won enough seats to control parliament. However, the Intraday Sentiment Oscillator moved in tight range to end at +553.83; lost 11.18 when compares with its opening point. The Average recorded a gain of 465.58.In MSCD, %K (Yellow) computed as +58.26 (+74.03), %D (Red) -55.25 (+41.68), %A (Pink) -136.24 (+22.71) and the Histogram +79.12 (+8.60).
After today’s trade, all line indicators shot up and the Histogram continued to print longer positive bar.
Conclusion : Investors cheered with favorable outcome of the Greece election and returned to buy on quality stocks. The fact that %K has returned to positive zone after staying in the red for more than four months evident that market outlook has become brighter.
Market will continue to advance till the histogram started to form a round top.
