Censof Holdings Bhd has proposed to undertake a free warrants issuance, on the basis of one new warrant for every four shares held, on an entitlement date, to be determined later.
In a filing to Bursa Malaysia yesterday, the company said that the exercise price of the free warrants, to be named warrants-B, has been fixed at 46 sen each, at a discount of approximately 6.62% to the 5-day volume weighted average market price of Censof Shares of 49.26 sen, up to and including June 26, 2014.
Censof closed 1 sen higher at 48.5 sen yesterday, giving it a market capitalisation of RM199.5 million.
