Conclusion: Asian markets mostly down only slightly though both Japan and Hong Kong have declared their first recession quarters. Japan edged up 0.71%, but Hong Kong down 0.10% and Singapore 0.54%.

KLCI lingering up and down for the whole session and last minute buying pushed the Index to 884.06 gained 2.41 pts or 0.27%. After falling below its 5-Day Average, the Index is expected to trade sideway with downwards bias. Its supports now fall on 873 then 868. Overhead resistances will be 886, 894.

Today’s market sentiment followed its Asian peers and was sluggish. MSO galloped downhill all the way to its low at -261.32. Only some last minute buying that pushed it higher to settle at -141.06.

Market is still not suitable for trade as risk has become higher and gain will be thin.
