Investors are worry on the possibility of KNM having to impair its goodwill due to its higher-than-expected loan interest though this matter has been solved after Maybank agreed to offer cheaper loan. Another worry is its receivables.
These concerns will probably be put to rest by year-end and if Borsig starts to contribute to KNM earning as anticipated.
Investors are advised to watch KNM closely before putting any money.
