MK Land: No plans to go private

MK Land Holdings Bhd (8893) said at present, its owners have no plans to take the company private.
"To date no such proposal has been made to the board," the company said in a statement to Bursa Malaysia Bhd.
The company will make the appropriate announcement in a timely manner, it added.
