This afternoon, market sentiment followed the Index improved gradually. The Oscillator was clawing above its Average most of the time but failed to step higher into the positive area. Volume was not notable and almost the same as this morning. The Oscillator finished at -1,316.73 gained 285.87 pts when compares with -1,602.60, the starting point.
