Johor Land Bhd has received a takeover offer from Damansara Assets Sdn Bhd and Johor Corporation (JCorp) at an offer price of RM1.55 per share.
JLand share price closed five sen higher at RM1.52 on April 13. There were 375,200 shares done.
“The board of directors of JLand does not intend to seek an alternative person to make a take-over offer for the offer shares,” said JLand in a statement to Bursa Malaysia on April 13.
