Malaysia Market - Mid-Day Comments

12:30 Asian markets mostly lower before the Xmas holiday. Japan was down by 2.38%, Hong Kong 0.35% but Singapore up by 0.86%.

Local market did struggle to make some gains but failed and ended at 867.95 lost 3.21 points or 0.37%.

Broader market indicator, MSO, was falling all the way to finish at -48.20. Volume was thin as only about 99 mln shares were traded.
